kickoff of Montgomery County’s incubator project at the Universities at Shady Grove today.

3. Poolesville town officials have reported the theft of four storm grates and a manhole cover this week.

4. Montgomery County Public Schools Superintendent Joshua Starr is requesting an additional $220.8 million for school construction projects.
