2. City of Rockville officials will honor Councilmember Tom Moore at a reception tonight.

4. Gaithersburg leaders are expected to discuss usage rules and regulations for the city’s Green Park Dog Exercise Area at tonight’s Council meeting. 5. Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett is scheduled to announce a partnership with SolarCity to install solar panels on government buildings. The announcement is scheduled to take place at 1:30 p.m. today at the Jane Lawton Community Recreation Center in Chevy Chase.
