1. The Montgomery County Council will meet today and on the agenda; Human Rights and Civil Liberties – Earned Sick and Safe Leave – Use of Earned Sick and Safe Leave – Parental Leave. Councilmember Craig Rice will also host Wootton High School student Angela Wu as an honorary Councilmember for the day.

2. Monkey Joe’s in Germantown is hosting a candy exchange starting today. Bring in more than one pound of candy and receive a free jump pass. All candy will be donated to Soldiers’ Angels Treats for Troops.

3. Rockville Memorial Library is hosting discussion on election 2016 with veteran journalist Steve Roberts tonight.

4. Detroit based MC and hip hop artist Danny Brown is performing at The Fillmore Silver Spring at 8 p.m.

5. You can vote early from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at ten locations across Montgomery County today. Early voting continues thru Nov. 3rd.  The Presidential General Election is just one week from today on Nov. 8.
