1. Homicide Investigation: Montgomery County police are investigating a homicide that occurred over the weekend in Silver Spring. Police say two people have been arrested in the case and the suspects are expected to make their first court appearance today.
2. Memorial Day Observance: Gaithersburg leaders hold their annual Memorial Day Observance at Christman Park at 11 a.m. today.
3. Class of 2017: It’s graduation day for students at Bethesda-Chevy Chase and Churchill high schools. Congratulations seniors!
4. State Champs: Congratulations go out to the Northwest Jaguars who brought home three state titles this holiday weekend in baseball, softball and track. Way to go Jags! Also over the weekend, Poolesville High School won the 3A state title in baseball. Congratulations Falcons!

5. Yoga in the Park: From 7 – 8 p.m., at the Gaithersburg City Hall Concert Pavilion, enjoy yoga in the park. Bring a yoga mat, towel or blanket. Beginners are welcome, according to the city’s website.
