4. The Montgomery County Chapter, ACLU of Maryland, is scheduled to host a discussion about Police Taser use in the light of the recent Baltimore Sun Taser Report at the Silver Spring Civic Center at 7 p.m. The event will also cover how Police Defibrillators (AEDs) can save lives.

5. The City of Gaithersburg is scheduled to test shoot fireworks this evening beginning at 8:30 p.m. tonight. The shells will launch from Bohrer Park at Summit Hall Farm.
