2. Drug Take Back Day: Montgomery County Police officers have set up locations across the county today for residents to dispose of unused, unwanted or expired prescription drugs. The event takes place from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

3. Kentlands Day: It’s Kentlands Day in Gaithersburg today and the event begins with a parade at 10 a.m. featuring Ken and Arabelle Gemmell as the grand marshals.

4. Tour de Cookie: Hundreds of cyclists are taking part in the Tour de Cookie to benefit the Tree House Child Assessment Center of Montgomery County.

5. Flower Festival: The Landon School’s Azalea Festival takes place today from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the school grounds in Bethesda.
