1. Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett has unveiled his recommended $5.1 billion Fiscal Year 2016 operating budget. The County Council will hold public hearings on the budget next month.

2. County Executive Leggett will be joined by the County Executive of Prince George’s County and the Mayor of Washington, D.C. today for a regional summit on homelessness in Silver Spring.
