Bundle up! It’s cold outside and the National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory. Here are five more things to know today, March 15, in Montgomery County:

1. Montgomery County public schools are opening two hours late today.

2. Executive Ike Leggett unveiled his proposed $5.4 billion budget this week.

3. Got a question for the executive? Mr. Leggett is scheduled to hold a virtual town hall meeting from 1 – 2 p.m., and you can send in your questions now.

4. The Montgomery County Council has canceled tonight’s town hall meeting in Long Branch. According to a note posted on the county’s website, the meeting will be rescheduled sometime in April.

5. Fickle is on stage at the Olney Theatre Center.
