1. Winter Storm Warning: Are you ready for some snow? The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for snow in Montgomery County beginning at 7 p.m. tonight.

2. Berliner’s Briefing: Montgomery County Council President Roger Berliner is meeting with reporters in Rockville today, and he’s expected to provide some updates about the county’s operating budget, the Bethesda Downtown Plan, Bus Rapid Transit and more. 3. BRT Open House: You can learn more about the Bus Rapid Transit project for US 29 by attending an open house tonight at Montgomery Blair High School in Silver Spring. If you miss it, there’s another open house planned for Wednesday at the White Oak Community Center.

4. Police Chief Resigns: Takoma Park Police Chief Alan Goldberg has resigned, according to a statement on the city’s website.
