1. Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett will announce the latest phase of Campaign to Reduce Pedestrian Safety Collisions in Parking Lots today at 1 p.m. in Silver Spring.

2. The County Council’s Government Operations and Fiscal Policy (GO) Committee will meet today and on the agenda; the property tax credit.

3. Twinbrook Library will be screening “Unbroken” at 3 p.m.

4. Sandy Spring Museum will be holding an opening reception for its Sculpture Park and Synthesia Natura exhibit today at 6:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

5.  Music legend Patti LaBelle will be performing at The Music Center at Strathmore tonight.
