1. Coffee with a Cop: You are invited to meet the Gaithersburg Police Department for coffee today from 7 – 9 a.m. at the Kentlands Mansion.

2. ADA Anniversary: Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett will help celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Americans with Disability Act (ADA)  by announcing today that a nine-year Bus Stop Improvement Program has enhanced pedestrian safety and accessibility at more than 3,000 bus stops. He is expected to be joined by Federal Transit Administration Acting Administrator Therese McMillan and other state and local officials.

3. Name that Street: Only one more day to submit your ideas for a new street in the city of Rockville.

4. Pick the Pike: The Friiends of White Flint has launched its #PickthePike campaign in hopes of persuading the Marriott company to pick the Pike District for its new headquarters.

5. Summer Concerts: You can listen to free, live music at locations across Montgomery County tonight. Check out the MyMCMedia events calendar for information about these performances in Bethesda, Glen Echo, Rockville and Silver Spring.
