4. Free Concerts: BlackRock Center for the Arts is hosting a series of outdoor concerts now through July 25. 

5. Drug Summit: The DC-Area Regional Summit of Maryland Heroin and Opioid Emergency Task Force meets today from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Montgomery College Cultural Arts Center in Silver Spring.
