1. A winter weather advisory is in effect until 7 a.m. for parts of Montgomery County.

2. In Rockville, Montgomery County Council President Roger Berliner is scheduled to meet with reporters at his weekly briefing at the Council Office Building. Some of the topics he will talk about include the recent fire at the Dickerson incinerator, a future model for combating hate crimes and extremism in Montgomery County, and universal pre-kindergarten.

3. In Germantown, Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett is holding his final budget forum tonight at the BlackRock Center for the Arts. This is your chance to let the executive know your priorities.

4. In Annapolis, it’s District 17 night. State Senator Cheryl Kagan has posted information about the event, here.

5. You can meet New York Times bestselling author Ellen Hopkins from 7 – 8 p.m. at the Bethesda Library.

Don’t forget tomorrow is the last day to enroll in the Affordable Care Act. Open enrollment ends on Jan. 31.
