2. Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett has rescheduled his final budget hearing tonight in Bethesda because of the weather. The new date is Feb. 2 at 7 p.m.

3. Montgomery County police are investigating a homicide that was discovered on Sunday in the Bel Pre area of Montgomery County.

4. A fire at the White Oak Laudromat on Friday evening caused an estimated $300,000 in damage, according to Fire and Rescue Spokesperson Pete Piringer.
