1. Don’t leave the house without your umbrella. It’s going to be a rainy Wednesday. Because of the wet weather, the National Weather Service has issued a flood watch for Montgomery County, effective from 10 a.m. today to 1 a.m. tomorrow.

2. The State of Maryland is participating in a national test of the Emergency Alert System (EAS) at 2:20 p.m. today. Remember, it’s just a test.

3. Montgomery County Police Chief Tom Manger is testifying today, in Annapolis, about the need to strengthen DUI laws in Maryland.

4. The second Education Budget meeting takes place tonight at Albert Einstein High School in Kensington.
