1. It’s National Engineer Week and WSSC is hosting some Montgomery County high school students for a discussion about sewer science from 9 a.m. –  2 p.m. at the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Germantown.

2.  Bestselling author Dwight Watkins is talking about his new book at 11 a.m. at the Cultural Arts Center at Montgomery College’s Silver Spring/Takoma Park campus and at 7 p.m. in Germantown. You can watch live tonight, here.

3. Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett is holding a Virtual Town Hall meeting from 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. Send in your questions, here.

4. In Gaithersburg, Congressman John Delaney is holding a workshop for seniors from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. at the Activity Center at Bohrer Park.

5.  A community forum entitled, “How to Oppose Hate in Our Communities,” takes place this evening at the Muslim Center in Silver Spring.
