Five Things List-03Here are your five things to know today, Dec. 1st, in Montgomery County:

1. The Montgomery County Council meets today and Councilmembers are expected to elect new officers for a one-year term. The meeting will be broadcast live by County Cable Montgomery. The Council agenda is posted online.

2. Have you heard? Montgomery County’s new towing law, Bill 17-15, is now in effect. The law is designed to address overly aggressive and predatory towing practices.

3. Talk about a pest! An invasive beetle is feeding on Ash Trees in Montgomery County.
