3. It’s the talk of the town: twin, giant panda cubs were born at the National Zoo on Saturday night.

4. A bill before the Montgomery County Council would require radon testing when selling a home in Montgomery County.

5. The city of Gaithersburg is holding a work session tonight to discuss its Arts on the Green program. City leaders will also meet behind closed doors to seek legal advice about “pending or potential litigation” about the Crown Farm development.
