3. Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett and U.S. Senator Ben Cardin met with residents affected by the Flower Branch Apartment complex explosion on Tuesday. Police found a seventh body in the building debris yesterday.

4. Strathmore will feature Uke Fest for its free summer concert series tonight.

5. Rockville’s free “Movies in the Parks” series will feature “The Sandlot” tonight at Woodley Gardens Park.

One more thing: It’s Family Day at the Montgomery County Agricultural Fair with free admission for 11 and under and discount on the cost of carnival rides.
