3. A conversation on CyberCivility is scheduled at Richard Montgomery High School tonight.

4. Gaithersburg Mayor Sidney Katz will deliver the State of the City address tonight at the Rosborough Cultural Arts Center on the grounds of Asbury Methodist Village.

5. Police are looking for two girls who are missing from Silver Spring.
