Here are five things you need to know for Tuesday, Sept. 4, in Montgomery County:

1. Back to School: Motorists take care this morning. Children will be returning to classrooms so there will be more little folks on sidewalks, more buses on the road and more parents delivering their children to school.

2. Back in Court: Tyler Tessier, accused of killing his girlfriend Laura Wallen, will face his first day of court.

3. Back in Business: The Maryland Hispanic Business Conference’s Career Fair offers a space for meaningful career building and networking. The event takes place at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel and Conference Center, running from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more details, click here.

4. Back in the Kitchen: More than 30 restaurants in Silver Spring and Takoma Park will take part in the fourth annual Silver Spring-Takoma Park Restaurant Week, which runs through Sunday, Sept. 9.
