1. Lyons Sisters: Lloyd Lee Welch goes on trial in Bedford County, Virginia, for the deaths of Sheila and Katherine Lyon, who were last seen leaving the Wheaton Plaza in 1975.

3. Council Action: The Montgomery County Council interviews new health officer, Dr. Travis Gayles, as well as applications for the Board of Appeals before its regular meeting.
