1. Governor Visits Again: Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan is scheduled to unveil the Watkins Mill Interchange at 1 p.m.

2. Gubernatorial Plans: Speaking of Hogan, he seems to be taking his re-election in stride, unfazed by the comments from a potential challenger, Rep. John Delaney.

3. Montgomery County Council: The County Council is expected to vote on Council President Roger Berliner’s resolution to oppose the “second crossing” of the Potomac, consider legislation to fix errors in the law creating the public election fund and to vote on whether to hire a law firm to weigh the county’s options with the Federal Aviation Administration over airport noise. And about a dozen other things.

4. School Board: The Montgomery County Board of Education meets all day, which includes working on its strategic plan.

5. History Lesson: Rockville hosts a public presentation and brainstorming effort for its Historic Preservation Management Plan at 7 p.m. at the Rockville Senior Center, Carnation Room, 1150 Carnation Drive.
