2. DACA Recipients: A resolution urging the Federal Government to extend Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for all nations currently included in the program, and to establish a pathway to permanent residency for TPS and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients will be introduced by Councilmembers George Leventhal and Nancy Navarro during today’s council session.
3. Dockless Bike Presentation:

4. Pollution Prevention: The Montgomery County Council will hold a public hearing at 1:30 p.m. on a special appropriation to MNCPPC’s Fiscal Year 18 Capital Budget and amendment to the FY 17-22 Capital Improvements Program asking for $100,000 for pollution prevention and repairs to ponds and lakes.
