3. State of the State: Gov. Larry Hogan will deliver his State of the State Address in Annapolis.
4. FY 2019 Budget Forum Continues: County Executive Ike Leggett will hold his fourth budget forum starting at 7 p.m. at the East County Regional Services Center. The forum gives the public a chance to tell Leggett what should be budget priorities in the budget he proposes on March 15.
