2. Council At-Large Forum: The Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors will hold its final forum for Montgomery County Council At-large candidates.

3. Quality of Life:  The East County Citizens Advisory Board will hold its Quality of Life and  Social Issues committee meeting.

4. Ash Wednesday: In the Western Christian calendar, Ash Wednesday is the first day of Lent. It occurs forty-six days before Easter.

5. Valentine’s Day Kissing Booth: Pet Dominon is hosting its annual Valentine’s Day Kissing Booth for your pets. Bring your dog to daycare for fun and photos.
