1. Hypothermia Alert: Montgomery County has issued a hypothermia alert for Tuesday starting at 12 a.m. continuing through Wednesday at 12 a.m.
2. Savings Plan: The Montgomery County Council is expected to vote on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2018 Savings Plan. The FY18 Savings Plan is based on Department of Finance estimates that indicate lower than expected income tax revenue.
3. FY 2019 Budget Forum: County Executive Ike Leggett will hold his third budget forum starting at 7 p.m. at the Silver Spring Civic Building. The forum gives the public a chance to tell Leggett what should be budget priorities in the budget he proposes on March 15.
4. Service Learning and Volunteer Fair: The Recycling Volunteer Program will be providing information to Montgomery College students about volunteer opportunities available in the Recycling Volunteer Program.
5. Deer Population Management:
