1. Planning Board meeting: The Planning Board meets today and on the agenda is the Hillandale Gateway Sketch Plan to allow a 430,175-square-foot multi-family residential building within the White Oak Science Gateway  Master Plan area. See the full agenda, here.

2. Online discussion: County Executive Ike Leggett holds an online town hall meeting from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. County residents may submit questions to Leggett before and during the session.

3. Transportation meeting: Maryland Transportation Secretary Pete Rahn meets with Montgomery County Council’s transportation committee to discuss Governor Larry Hogan’s plan to relieve traffic on I-270 and I-495.

4. Volleyball State playoffs: The Northwest and Sherwood volleyball teams meet at Ritchie Coliseum at the University of Maryland-College Park tonight at 6 p.m. for the Class 4A state semifinal championship.

5. Board of Education public hearing: public hearing will be held to discuss Superintendent Dr. Jack Smith’s recommended $1.818 billion Fiscal Year 2019 Capital Budget and the FY 2019-2024 Capital Improvements Program.
