1. Public Unions: The Montgomery County Council is expected to vote on a resolution in support of public employee unions during its regular scheduled session.
2. Life Guards: Montgomery Recreation is looking for lifeguards for its outdoor pools and swim centers.
3.Councilmember for a Day: Montgomery County Councilmember Craig Rice will host Montgomery Blair High School student Moira Johnson as she explores what is like to be on the Montgomery County Council. Johnson was selected from nearly 100 middle and high school students in the Council’s 2018 “Councilmember for a Day” competition.
4. BRT Corridor Advisory Committee: The bus rapid transit (BRT) advisory group for the US 29 corridor’s central section will discuss, changes to the design based on community feedback, public art community partnerships, and planned open houses in the spring, during tonight’s meeting.
