1. Ag Reserve Alcohol: The Montgomery County Council’s Planning, Housing and Education Committee will take up regulations that will expand the ability for properties in the Ag Reserve to produce and market beer, wine and spirits. 2. Municipal Monday: Gaithersburg’s Mayor and Council meets at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall. On the agenda is the Comcast franchise renewal.
3. Mad Study Skills: A study skills class for sixth- through eighth-graders takes place at Montgomery College’s Rockville Campus running through July 13 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The class includes goal setting, time management, organization, note taking and test taking.
4. Recreational Art I: Montgomery Rec is hosting a “Draw in a Day” workshop.
