1. Government Shutdown?: Congress has until midnight to vote on a spending bill before federal funding runs out.

2. Hypothermia Alert: Montgomery County has issued a Hypothermia Alert until 9 a.m.

3. MCPS Teacher Interview Fair: A teacher pre-screening interview fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.  at 45 West Gude Drive in Rockville.

4. Indoor Pool Schedule: The main pool at Germantown Indoor Pool Center will close at 12:30 p.m. today.

5. Variety Show: Students at Fallsmead Elementary School will perform in the school’s second annual variety show. The event begins at 5:30 p.m.
