Fire Weather Watch
The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning from 10 a.m. today until 8 p.m. tonight for fire weather conditions.
According to the NWS, a combination of strong winds, low relative humidity and warm temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior.
The strongest wind gusts are expected this afternoon and early evening.
Any fire that develops has the potential to spread rapidly, according to the NWS warning.
