Fire Rescue Reports Heavy Call Volume and Numerous Collisions
Montgomery County fire rescue crews are responding to multiple collisions across Montgomery County tonight.
On his Twitter account, Fire and Rescue Spokesperson Pete Piringer reported dangerous road conditions, especially on ramps. He said roads are wet and slick.
According to Piringer, the Emergency Communications Center is operating on “Condition Red” because of the heavy call volume.
Piringer is reminding motorists to slow down, increase stopping distance between vehicles and to avoid distraction.
