Fire in Silver Spring High-Rise Under Investigation

Firefighters put out a large fire at a high-rise on Manchester Rd. in Silver Spring Monday morning. No injuries were reported.

The fire was put out quickly, and a cause is still being investigated, according to Montgomery County Fire and Rescue PIO Pete Piringer.
