Fire Fighters Hope Residents Support the Annual MDA Fill the Boot Campaign

Montgomery County members of the International  Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) are hoping residents will give generously to this year’s  “MDA Fill the Boot” campaign. Each year, more than 100,000 firefighters across the country ask residents in their community to make a donation to the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA), helping them fill their boot with contributions.

MDA uses the money collected to fund research for new treatments, support MDA Care Centers and send children to MDA Summer Camp.

Over $24 million dollars was raised in 2017.
