Federal Credit Union Presents Scholarship to Student at Hispanic Gala

Montgomery County Employees Federal Credit Union sponsored a $2,000 scholarship for Luisa Raquel Reyes, a student at Morgan State University, at the 2014 Montgomery County Executive’s Hispanic Gala.

The gala kicked off the Montgomery County’s celebration of National Hispanic Heritage Month, which is observed from September 15 to October 15.

An additional 59 Latino students were also recipients of scholarships presented on Sept. 18 at The Fillmore in Silver Spring.
