Father of Missing Hoggle Toddlers Thinks Children Are Still Alive (VIDEO)

Troy Turner hasn’t stopped searching for his two children, 3-year-old Sarah and 2-year-old Jacob since they went missing last week.

Monday, he met with members of the press to talk about his interactions with their mother Catherine Hoggle, who has been arrested in connection with their disappearance. Turner said he believes the children are still alive and that someone in the community may be keeping them, despite the Montgomery County Police transition to investigating the case as a homicide.

Here he talks about a mental health organization he thinks Hoggle may have contacted.
