Executive Ike Leggett Visits Seven Locks Elementary School (VIDEO)

This week, Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett visited Seven Locks Elementary School. The executive was invited as a guest speaker to impart some civic lessons about what he does in county government and also to talk about some of his life experiences. He even signed some autographs.
