Excel Beyond the Bell (Video)
‘Excel Beyond the Bell’ program is a collaborative effort by Montgomery County Public Schools, Montgomery County Recreation Department and others to provide after school programs for middle schoolers. Superintendent Dr. Joshua Starr, Board of Education President Shirley Brandman and Recreation Director Gabriel Albornoz recently celebrated this program.
