Montgomery County Agricultural Fair Begins
The 71st annual Montgomery County Agricultural Fair kicked off on Friday and will continue until Aug. 17. The event will be held at the Montgomery County Agricultural Center [501 Perry Parkway in Gaithersburg].
Last year more than 200,000 people attended this fair, and officials say they expect the same turnout this year. There will be farm animals, food and carnival rides. There will also be entertainment events including the Demolition Derby and Monster Trucks.
