Elrich Talks to MyMCMedia About Reopening, Protesters

One day after holding an outdoor press conference at the Kentlands that was interrupted often by protesters, County Executive Marc Elrich spoke with MyMCMedia. The discussion included his reaction to the protesters and centered around what went into his decision to hold off reopening – not in lockstep with most of the rest of the state – followed by his Thursday announcement for Phase 1 of reopening on Monday.
