Elrich Signs Order on Immigration

County Executive Marc Elrich signed an executive order Monday that spells out the county’s rules in dealing with immigrants.

For example, county employees cannot ask residents their immigration status. And a county employee cannot investigate an immigration case unless provided a court order.
