Elrich on Early Childhood Ed; Franchot on ‘Oceans of Revenue’

County Executive Marc Elrich talked about his desire to expand early childhood education and why he opposes widening the Beltway. MCM’s Cindy Pena interviewed Elrich at the Executive’s Ball Monday night. Here’s what he said:

• Melanie Wenger, at Intergovernmental Relations
