ELO-SAIL Summer Program (Video)
The Extended Learning Opportunities- Summer Adventures in Learning (ELO-SAIL) program was held in 26 Title I elementary schools in Montgomery County this summer. The program funded by the federal government provides a four-week learning experience for low income children. MCPS-TV has more.
