Earthquake Prayer Service in Poolesville Set for May 3rd
The KPC Buddhist temple is inviting the community to join in offering prayers for the victims of the earthquakes in Nepal that affected the Himalayan region.The devastating earthquake and aftershocks in Nepal have impacted hundreds of thousands of people in Nepal and the Nepali community throughout the world.
The local service is set for Sunday, May 3 from 2 – 5 p.m. at 18400 River Road in Poolesville.
You are invited to join the KPC Buddhist community for this ritual practice to benefit all who have been affected by this disaster. This is a family-friendly event.
