Montgomery County Council Member Gabe Albornoz says early education is a mandatory investment for the county’s future.
Responding to County Executive Marc Elrich’s first State of the County Address and his proposed Capital budget, Albornoz agreed with Elrich that funding for the Early Care and Education Initiative – that includes renovating and replacing existing child care centers – cannot be overlooked.
