Doug Duncan met with the media at the Silver Spring Transit Center back in March.  He plans to campaign there the day before the election as well.

Doug Duncan, a democratic candidate for County Executive, plans to spend the morning before the election greeting voters at the Silver Spring Metro east entrance.

Duncan said he will be talking to passerby about the Silver Spring Transit Center beginning at 7 a.m. on June 23.

In a news advisory, Duncan said he will lay out his “plan to fix the center and calls on other candidates to bring their plans and campaign alongside” him.

So far, no word on if Phil Andrews, Isiah Leggett or Jim Shalleck will take him up on that idea.

Primary election day is set for June 24 in Maryland. The polls are open from 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.
