Drivers’ Test Fail Rate Almost 50 Percent at Montgomery County’s MVAs (VIDEO)

Almost half of all the drivers who took the Maryland drivers’ license roads test in Montgomery County over the past year failed it, according to the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration.
