“Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over”
The Montgomery County Police Department, in partnership with Maryland State Police and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, will be conducting a sobriety checkpoint over the Labor Day holiday weekend.
This enforcement is part of the national “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” Labor Day weekend campaign and is a component of the department’s continuing effort to curb impaired driving and underage drinking.
The exact location of the checkpoint is not being announced in advance.
