Dr. Starr to Unveil Budget Proposal
Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) Superintendent Dr. Joshua Starr will unveil his Fiscal Year 2014 operating budget proposal on Dec. 11.
Starr will review highlights of his budget recommendation and identify the district’s strategic areas of focus for FY 2014. Starr will then meet with the media after his budget presentation to the Board of Education.
